The application process for the Accelerating Manufacturing Scale-Up Grant Program is composed of one mandatory stage:
The application window is now closed to new applications.
Before you complete your proposal, review the eligibility criteria and ensure your business / all applicants meet all requirements.
Applicants will be asked to provide the following required information and documentation when completing the proposal:
1. Project information
2. Corporate information
3. Business tax returns from the last fiscal year, specifically:

Click on the 'Application portal' button above or go to amg.outcome-plus.com.
Step 1: Click "Register" in the top right hand corner.
Step 2: Enter your Email Address.
Step 3: Click "Send Verification Code" button. An email containing a verification code will be sent to the email address entered above. The sender will be: firstname.lastname@example.org
Step 4: Go to your email inbox and copy the verification code. NOTE: if you do not see an email in your inbox, please check your ‘junk’ email folder.
Step 5: Return to the Registration page. Enter or paste the code in the Verification Code box and click the “Verify code” button. The page will refresh. Do not enter the verification code in the New Password box.
Step 6: Enter a password in the “New Password” box and again in the “Confirm New Password” box.
Step 7: Click the “Create” button. A message will display indicating your information account has been created.
Step 8: Complete the new user information form. Chose ‘click here to add new organization’.
After registering and setting up your Organization details, you will land on the Home Page. From April 15 to June 1, 2021, the call will be open and accepting proposals.
Step 1: Review the eligibility criteria.
Step 2: To create a new proposal select ‘Apply Now’ from the correct Call for Proposals (either individual business or group in collaboration).
Step 3: Review the terms and conditions by clicking on the link.
Step 4: Select either ‘Accept’ or ‘Decline’. If you decline, you won't proceed to the proposal form.
Step 5: Start your proposal. IMPORTANT: Please complete the Project Overview section first and then click 'Save as Draft' before proceeding. This way the portal will generate a Full Proposal ID (FPID) for you. It can be found in the top left of your screen or through the 'Home' page. Please take note of your FPID. When you return to the application portal be sure to open the FP you created in your previous session rather than creating a new proposal.
Step 6: The portal provides helpful navigational tools for completing your proposal:
As mentioned, a FPID is assigned to your proposal after you press ‘Save as Draft’ for the first time after completing the Project Overview section. The FPID can be found in the top left of your screen or through the 'Home' page. Please take note of your FPID. When you return to the application portal be sure to open the FP you created in your previous session rather than creating a new proposal.
Important note: providing a response for all required fields does not necessarily mean that your proposal is complete. If information is missing or unclear, our staff may request clarification, or your proposal may not be considered. If you have difficulties or questions, please contact us.
